Lisa Lloyd gave her heart to the Lord in 1987, at 18 years of age. At the same time she asked God to give her a voice for Him. Not having any idea what she was requesting, the Lord took this young girl, at the time addicted to drugs and living a lifestyle not conducive to God’s will, and began to groom her into the extraordinary woman of God she is today.
Lisa's professional success began in 1993 with an idea for a barrette. While working in a high profile sales position, at the CBS affiliate in Tucson, AZ, consistently keeping her hair nice became a challenge. She often wore her hair up in a French Twist, however, the longer it got, the more challenging it became. After scouring stores to find a barrette that would help, to no avail, she decided to invent one herself. A short thirteen months later she had patented, manufactured, sold to stores and ultimately licensed the patent to Scunci® for 20 years of regular income. The product is now sold in stores around the country and has generated millions in retail sales.
In 2001 Lisa licensed 4 more products! Pop Tops™ and Soft Claws™ went to Goody Products®, Weave~N~Wave™ and Bobbi Sticks™ to Scunci®. In December of 2004, Lisa launched her most recent invention, the CO2 Sprayer. Currently it is sold under the Visage Natural® label as a body art airbrush and under the Mona Lisa label as a craft and hobby product. Different applications of this product would allow individuals to spray anything from body art to cupcakes.
In February 2004, Lady Leaders, a professional business women’s luncheon was birthed. This luncheon is held twice a month and is geared towards the Christian business woman. Women are fed both physically and spiritually as Lisa ministers the Word of God to attendees with such passion. Speaking on topics pertaining to real life issues, she teaches women how to Lead Life from the Inside Out!
