Joanie is currently involved as the outreach coordinator at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy. She has served numerous non-profit organizations and ministries in volunteer and / or staff capacities, including acting as Director of Development for Good News Radio Broadcasting, Inc. She also has led a Women’s Bible Study at Calvary of Tucson for the past 14 years. Her other activities include serving as Chair for two soon to be three very successful fundraising banquets in Southern Arizona for the Crisis Pregnancy Center. She has also served for the past two years on the silent auction committee for PRCA and will be the Chair this year.
In addition, Joanie has served on the Board of Directors for the following organizations: Women’s Pregnancy Centers of Tucson, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, The Crime Prevention Council of Tucson, The Pima County Public Safety Association, Tucson Pop Warner Falcon Football and True Lies Music Seminars of Ohio. Joanie also volunteers for Casa Gloriosa, the counseling department at Calvary Chapel and is very involved at PRCA, Creative Dance Arts and Crisis Pregnancy Center. She is currently the Treasurer as well as on the board of The Crime Prevention and Community Safety Association. Joanie had been married to her husband, Steve for twenty-four years and they have four children ages 21, 16, 14, 12 and one new gradson.
