Rev. Snow Peabody, Executive State Director of Teen Challenge of Arizona is a native of Tucson, Arizona. He served on staff with Teen Challenge of Arizona over the past 30 years and for 26 years has served as Executive State Director to present. From 1987-1990 Snow served as the National Teen Challenge Director. He was a member of the National Board of Directors for the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability from 1989 to 1994. He is a member of the Arizona Coalition for Tomorrow and has been since 1993 and a member of the Americans for Decency Board of Directors. . Snow was ordained in 1975 with the Assemblies of God. In 1976 he began the Springboard Home for runaways and youth in Crisis and over 6800 youth have received care through this Tucson-based 90-day shelter home. Snow has received commendations on behalf of Teen Challenge nationally and locally, from President George W. Bush, Former Presidents Reagan and Bush and Former Vice President Dan Quayle.
As an alumnus of the University of Arizona, he was one of thirteen students selected to be on the Bobcats Senior Honorary and was selected for Who’s Who in American Universities for 1971-1972. For 16 years Snow hosted the Joy Radio Program in Tucson, AZ. This five-hour, weekly talk show featured contemporary Christian music and special guests from various ministries. He and his wife, Ladelle, have been married for 27 years. Ladelle serves as the State Music Director for Teen Challenge of Arizona. They have three children, Sunny (25), Heaven (22) and Crystal Rain (17).
