The Dennis Miller Show to air on KVOI 690 AM

Tucson, AZ - March 20, 2007 - KVOI is proud to announce it will begin airing The Dennis Miller Show with the premier launch on Monday March 26, 2007. KVOI will carry the three hour show live from 6am-9am Monday through Friday.

Five-time Emmy award winner and four-time Writers’ Guild award winner Dennis Miller will debut his radio show across the country. “This seems like a great fit for me since I grew up in Pittsburgh where broadcast radio was born,” said Miller. “I always knew I would try radio and right now seems like the perfect time. In a world where the stakes are high, the medium is a nice blend of the comfortable and the provocative.”

Miller will take listener calls and interview high-profile special guests on his show. KVOI General Manager Doug Martin said, “We are really excited about adding Dennis Miller on to our morning line-up. He brings a comedic talent with satiric wit. He’s demonstrated a great insight in current events, politics and pop culture. It’s certain to be energizing radio for Tucson’s morning listeners!”

The Dennis Miller Show joins The Dennis Prager Show (9am-12pm), Michael Medved Show (12pm-3pm) and The Hugh Hewitt Show (3pm-6pm) on KVOI 690 AM.
